Responsibilities:

Keep an eye on and pursue accounts receivable.

Make sure receipts are entered accurately and on time.

Control the handling of checks, especially security checks.

Process refunds from sales in line with corporate guidelines.

Create delivery orders (DO) and invoices, then make sure they are sent to clients on time.

Oversee HR duties such as visa renewals, leave requests, handovers of vacation time, and attendance.

Manage insurance claims and car registration, keep track of spending and activity logs, process invoices, and oversee vehicle services.

Keep an eye on and make sure that different company documents are renewed on schedule.

Obtain necessary office supplies as soon as possible.

As needed, update information and register new vendors.

Attend the weekly finance sessions with vigor.
