Responsibilities:

Maintaining cleanliness in the property’s guest rooms, offices, and common areas (including the restrooms) is important to upholding Vail Resorts’ standards for quality, health, and safety.

Restock on facilities in common areas (including restrooms), offices, and guest rooms, among other places.

Keep track of and arrange cleaning items in the work cart and storage closet.

Notify management of any lost or recovered objects, damage, safety issues, upkeep requirements, mishaps, or injuries.

Instruct, oversee, and assign duties to new hires while making sure they follow the company’s housekeeping guidelines and policies.

Deliver first-rate visitor, coworker, and management customer service by swiftly attending to any needs.

Additional tasks as designated

Qualification:

Prior experience in housekeeping for one to three years is preferred; experience in guest services or hospitality is a plus.

English communication skills are required; bilingualism is an advantage.
