Responsibilities:

Ensure work carried out on site in accordance with latest approved drawing and specification, construction program, method statements and resolve any technical site related issues.

Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.

Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP and interior contractors.

Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program

Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites.
