Responsibilities:

Coordinating hiring Deck and Engine Officers with other Department Heads

Examining application paperwork and past records of the company for every seafaring employee before and after their engagement.

Confirming the authenticity of new hires’ credentials and experience.

Ensuring that the documents and certificates of embarking seagoing personnel are controlled and monitored.

Preserving listings of current crew members for every vessel.

Giving the crew members on board prompt medical attention.

Preserving each employee’s personal, medical, and training data as well as their certification information.

Ensuring that all personnel files are current. keeping an electronic database that includes each employee’s assignment history and important personal information.

Handling labor conflicts and guaranteeing a smooth resolution with seafarers and their representatives.

Qualifications:

A diploma or bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent

Possessing extensive GCC maritime experience

Six years of relevant experience, exposure, and training in a related offshore industry role.

Skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook from Microsoft

Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Familiar with bids and tendering processes

It is preferable to have technical or engineering experience
