Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Insights Team and function leads to translate insights requirements into work plans.

Enhance Tableau dashboards with additional data points and enhanced features.

Facilitate business success by providing insights and a story that are in line with strategy communication

Give information and analysis to support the improvement of clinical and service delivery procedures.

promote evidence-based product development by examining the behaviour of service users

Share updates on assignments and projects’ status, problems, and roadblocks.

Qualification:

five years or more of expertise in business intelligence and/or data analytics

Minimum two years of SQL and minimum two years of Tableau experience

expertise creating KPIs and metrics

familiarity with standard practices for data visualisation

attentive to detail and eager to work in a group

a diploma or degree in a pertinent field, such as statistics, computer science, data science, information management, or mathematics
