Responsibilities:
Communicates, coaches and trains employees in Performance Management processes, to ensure smooth and effective implementation.
Implement Competency-based Annual Performance Management Review System, which will include annual performance review, identification of training and development needs, and career development planning.
Guide managers in conducting performance management reviews and annual objective setting.
Assists managers to plan, define and agree on employees objectives and to inspire performance through effective employee goal setting, coaching, motivation and evaluation.
Monitors Company staff performance at individual, team, departmental, divisional, group levels.
Prepares and update various periodic performance management reports.
Provides professional advice and recommends corrective action.
Maintains and manages the integrated Performance Management software in order to ensure continuous monitoring and management of employee performance, training and development needs, and career development opportunities.
Maintain Performance Management database, reviews performance reviews carried out by managers and provides feedback.
Analyze departmental and company-wide performance reports periodically and on-demand
Determine the reasons for performance drops or stagnation.
Establish new or suggest improvements in existing practices.
Train other staff members on accurate KPI reporting practices

At least 2-4 years’ experience in driving performance appraisal system though out large construction business successfully.
Must have HR and related experience in managing an effective performance management system within construction/manufacturing industry.
