Responsibilities:
Manage the long-term corporate responsibility strategy for the entire organization, aggressively seeking for and ranking possibilities to improve corporate responsibility performance.
In order for Meta to be ready for and comply with current and growing non-financial reporting obligations, lead and oversee the preparation for ESG regulations and foster alignment and collaboration throughout the organization.
In charge of coordinating with various reporting initiatives and preparing and publishing both required and optional ESG-related reporting, such as CSRD reporting and Meta’s annual Responsible Business Practices Report.
Assist in managing the KPIs and ESG objectives for the entire company and supervise the progress monitoring
Oversee the creation of a data governance system, which includes the gathering and administration of data from the appropriate teams.
