Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed bill of quantities (BOQ).

Prepare of detailed cost estimates for GRC projects.

Review project specifications and drawings to understand scope of work.

Identify potential issues or areas of risk and communicate them to the Senior Estimator.

Help maintain accurate cost data and pricing for materials and labour.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure estimates are accurate and complete.

Attend pre-construction meetings as required.
