Emirates National Oil Jobs: Develop, implement and maintain procedures, practices to ensure a proper and effective implementation of the Quality Management System to meet EIL Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Quality (HSSEQ) & Sustainability objectives, targets and plans. Under the direct supervision of the HSSEQ Manager, the incumbent will provide analytical support including detailed reporting for various projects undertaken by the Terminal. Qualifications:
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours
Education: Possess a Bachelor in Quality Management or equivalent field. Relevant experience in Terminal Operations at the supervisory level or had working experience in General Administration, Interpretation & Analysis of Data, Quality Assurance Activities. A background on Quality Management System will be preferred.
Qualifications & Experience: Auditor qualification in ISO 9001 Quality Management System desirable, with the knowledge of ISO Management System, planning and organizational skills.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and other related IT Applications. Knowledge on E-Management System and its maintenance such as Intelex will be an advantage
Language & Writing Skills: Good inter-personal and Communication skills with knowledge of written and verbal English Language essential. Ability to interrelate and interact effectively with individuals at various levels of the Organization and other material are essential.
Other Skills & Competencies: Good knowledge of regulations of local authorities and standards related to EHS in petrochemical Industry. Must possess analytical skills, and the drive and ability to translate information into relevant actions.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player, self-starter and possess a high degree of commitment.
