Responsibilities:

The appointment could be contingent upon a suitability or fitness assessment based on the results of a background investigation.

Qualification:

The minimum requirements (screen out element) are the capacity to perform the duties of a food service worker without the need for more supervision than is typical. the capacity to carry out the regular tasks required of a food service worker. Assemble patient food trays and tube feedings by following basic instructions; measure, weigh, and mix ingredients precisely as called for in recipes; convert from the metric to the US standard system; and perform a final inspection of diet trays to ensure everything is complete, the food is at the proper temperature, and the items are suitable for the diet that is being followed.
