Responsibilities:
Sourcing CVs based on the role requirements. Understanding the role scope, qualifications/ skills required for the position.
Job postings on job boards (e.g. Naukri gulf, monster gulf), LinkedIn postings where applicable, Internal vacancy posting.
Coordinate with universities and BU for internship opportunities
Participate in Kafaat HR training program
Udemy licenses usage follow up including Emiratis in all Business Units
Talent (Personal Development Plans follow ups).
Managing the pension system (registration, linking, end of services)
Manage pension remittance to GPSSA.
Gather feedback from Emirati employees regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.
Conducting salary benchmarking exercises. Reviewing job market trends.
Collating annual salary data reports from organizations such as Hays/ Mercer/ Michael page etc.
