Coordinate and schedule ad-hoc outsource drivers for additional transportation needs.
Oversee the movement of vehicles by coordinating with both fixed and ad-hoc drivers.
Ensure that vehicles are delivered to designated locations on time and in optimal condition.
Implement strategies to improve driver performance and maintain positive relationships.
