Responsibilities:

creates a team atmosphere that is guest-focused by anticipating requirements, going above and beyond what is expected of them, and upholding Altar’d State service standards; mentors colleagues on guest interactions to boost sales and seize guest opportunities.

In the absence of managers, performs the duties of Manager on Duty.

develops the team to meet the business goals of the shop through investment, incentive, retention, and coaching.

establishes a learning environment for partners

Responds to complaints from visitors, resolving issues when they arise and bringing management in when necessary.

Qualification:

Age requirement of eighteen

Prior retail experience is ideal.

Ability to execute duties physically, which may include standing for extended periods of time, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting often. Depending on the area, it can be necessary to regularly ascend and descend steps and climb ladders on occasion. Need must be able to routinely lift and carry thirty pounds on your own.
