Responsibilities:
Use the KI curriculum to teach classes at whatever level that the Academic Manager assigns you.
Keep the environment in the classroom learning-focused so that students are as satisfied as possible.
Give pupils sound guidance and advice on their academic performance and aspirations.
To guarantee a steady increase in the caliber of instruction, take the Academic Manager’s criticism on your performance in the classroom and consider it.
Make lesson plans in accordance with the prescribed curriculum and send them to the academic manager upon request.
Keep accurate attendance records and provide rosters to the academic manager by the deadline specified.
Keep accurate records of student performance and, within the stipulated timeframe, provide Individual Student Reports (ISRs) to the Academic Manager.
Participate in internal seminars and teacher meetings to continuously enhance your teaching abilities.
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) plus six months of ESL/EFL teaching experience, TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certification (including practicum).
