Responsibilities:
Complete Training and development requirements across divisions by capturing requirements / Designing programs /Delivery /Evaluation.
Complete Training and development requirements across divisions by capturing requirements / Designing programs /Delivery.
Conduct Soft Skill training by getting training requirement, developing modules and delivering training.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
Analyze training needs, compare with competencies required and prepare a first cut training plan for review with reporting Manager and respective division HoD.
Facilitate OD Interventions across the organizations including Quality Circle and Skill Mapping.
Managing In-house library and maximizing readership month on month.
