Responsibilities:
Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy
Dispense medications and provide patient counseling on proper medication use and potential side effects
Monitor patient medication therapy for potential drug interactions or adverse reactions
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individualized medication plans for patients
