Responsibilities:
In charge of arranging, transporting, and receiving supplies, equipment, and parts.
provides the parts stores with a sufficient supply of goods
inputs inventory data into a computer program.
may transport parts to job sites or client locations.
uses safe material handling procedures
filing M/Ss, freight bills of lading, packing slips for equipment, etc. in order to support audits and inventory reconciliation.
In charge of submitting freight claims for items that are damaged
oversees product receipt, inspection, stocking, and inventory control.
In charge of figuring out inventory levels, finding and getting rid of extra and outdated stock, and keeping the accuracy of the system inventory.
the ability to work extra and on the weekends as needed.
Qualification:
Ability to read, write, interpret, comprehend and consistently follow specifications written in English.
Able to perform basic math calculations and use measuring devices and tools.
Meets or exceeds dexterity requirements.
Ability to successfully demonstrate visual accuracy through company-approved program.
Displays a positive attitude.
Able to work flexible and/or extended hours.
Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
