Responsibilities:

visually examines the material before using it in the manufacturing process

When the press is operating, keep an eye on all of the moving actuators to make sure everything is operating as it should.

Keep an eye on any screen alarm signals.

Visually check the molded bars’ quality; they need to be clean and correctly pressed.

As needed, fill the material hopper.

Place raw bars into the vibrator bowl feeder and make sure the bars are always operating.

Move the molded components to the stock location. Remove the baked spin bar from the tray at the end of the conveyor count bars and record on the task order.

Qualification:

Diploma from high school or General Education degree GED is the recommended

Measurement instruments and six to twelve months of production experience are preferred.
