The contract will specifically address the constantly changing training needs of the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s (ORR) Unaccompanied Children’s Programmes (UCP). UCP is committed to offering the highest calibre of training to federal personnel, carers, state and local governments, non-governmental organisations, and other organisations that are in charge of the care and upbringing of Unaccompanied Children (UC) under ORR’s supervision. The goal of this project is to establish a flexible and creative training environment that anticipates and responds to the constantly evolving needs of UCP care.
