Responsibilities:
It is essential to have a lead with experience in leading and delivering complicated business solutions, working with clients, and troubleshooting and resolving user difficulties. Capable of overseeing and directing complete testing cycles.
Familiarity with HDL, HCM extracts, integrations, the Fusion cloud payroll module, and data conversions
Six to eight years of experience working on end-to-end fusion implementation projects is a minimal need.
A certification in any of the Oracle HCM Fusion modules is beneficial.
The capacity to guide client design sessions
Strong Communication Skills Are Required.
