Recruiter The EEA Human Talent Management Competency Center’s Recruitment Partner, also known as Program Coordinator III, assists with hiring and talent acquisition for Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs organizations. They answer to the Director of Recruitment. Undertaking a range of professional, technical, and administrative duties pertaining to talent acquisition and recruitment, HR transaction areas, and candidates’/applicants’ experiences through MassCareers (Taleo), this role offers crucial programmatic support to the HR function. Responsibilities:

Together with the designated Agency Leadership and the Deputy HR Director for Human Resources, reviews the FTE report (open requisition), updates status data, and identifies and removes obstacles.

Plan and lead intake meetings with agency hiring managers to talk about the hiring process. Provide Mass Careers functionality training to support hiring managers and make sure they can carry out their duty of generating requisitions.

identifies suitable roles (hiring manager, recruiting assistant, etc.) and requests access to Mass Careers for hiring managers.

Examine the content and accuracy of requisitions made by hiring managers in Mass Careers.
