Responsibilities:

Reach and surpass sales targets

Uphold operational and brand standards (e.g., appearance, hygiene, etc.)

By employing the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard, abiding by the Uniqlo Fundamental Principles, and using the six standard phrases, you may effectively manage client demands and surpass expectations.

Know the rules for the fitting room and offer assistance as required.

When needed, perform cashier duties by according to cashier protocol.

Handle shipments and make sure every item is exhibited on the ground in full-size runs.

Help the management find and fix problems in the store

Educate consumers about brands and products

Observe all corporate policies and guidelines, and report any violations to management.
