Responsibilities:

Materials are handled according to the production schedule.

Supplies the machine with skids, boxes, tape, and pads.

Create boxes and stamp the lot number on the side of each one.

Every day, efficiently perform complete changeovers on all of the machines in department 69.

Makes print adjustments and cleans the video jet.

modifies or swaps out the marking.

Either replaces or modifies the cutter blade.

Cleans the hold down block, rail, and tape block.

Replaces the drive motor, drive motor brushes, sensors, and sensor cables.

Keeps supplies, equipment, and workstations organized and maintained during the shift.

Fills bins with the appropriate material and loads the machines in accordance with the schedule.

Carries out every task needed for SAP.

Carries out all safety inspections (forklift, hoist, and equipment).

Upholds the 5S criteria.

Carries out all other tasks as asked or necessary.

Qualification:

GED or high school diploma.

To repair and modify machinery, one must be able to utilize hand tools with competence and understanding.

Experience configuring and using machines is preferred.
