Responsibilities:

Regularly lifting up to 20 lbs., including overhead lifting, and occasionally lifting up to 60 lbs.

Regularly pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs.

Meeting established volume/activity standards.

Standing or walking 100% of the time.

Frequent reaching, grasping, and lifting individual stock items below waist level or above shoulder level.

Frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting.

Handling various substances associated with cleaning materials, packaging materials, and food products.

Tolerating working in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time.

Ability to use computers, calculators, and communication systems required for job functions.

Qualification:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Solid grasp of store operations and merchandising techniques.

Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Leadership and team management abilities.

Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements, including forklift and power jack training.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Meeting minimum age requirements.

Availability to work overnight or early morning shifts as required.
