Responsibilities:
Managing the technical aspects of construction projects to ensure they are finished on time and within budget.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are satisfied.
Reviewing project plans and blueprints to detect potential problems and give suggestions for enhancements.
Regular site inspections are conducted to monitor progress, correct technical concerns, and assure compliance with safety standards.
Organizing and preserving project documents, such as drawings, contracts, and change orders.
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time.
Assisted with the creation of project budgets and cost estimates.
Providing technical support and direction to project teams, including troubleshooting any technological issues that may develop during construction.
