Responsibilities:

Create and administer training programmes covering company rules and procedures, claims processing guidelines, for new hires.

Organise frequent refresher training sessions for current employees to go over important ideas and discuss any areas that could have better.

Work together with department managers to determine the needs for training and create specialised training programmes.

Make interesting and educational training materials, such as SOPs, films, and other paperwork.

Qualification:
