Responsibilities:
For each division contract, maintain and manage the monthly budgets and P&L accounts. This involves sending out bills to clients and customers and keeping track of all expenses, such as local orders.

In charge of regularly communicating with the client about service delivery, scope, KPIs, and agreed-upon SLAs.
Set up weekly or monthly meetings with the client, and make sure the agenda items and agreed-upon tasks are tracked, circulated, and recorded. Addressing and resolving client complaints or contractual violations with the support of DOC, SOC, and operations coordinators
Start the meeting, mobilise the new contract, and work with the account managers to define the scope, the operations plan, and the service delivery methodology.
