Responsibilities:

For this post, candidates with at least four years of experience in an FMCG eCommerce picker role and strong team management abilities (able to oversee a team of ten pickers in two to three stores) will be preferred.

Candidates with prior BPO, customer service, or online retail customer care expertise would be given preference for the position.
