Responsibilities:
Check to see if the root cause of the NC event was sufficiently addressed by the corrective actions.
Report and monitor events, deviations, and important process metrics. When requested, give management updates on trending and status.
Determine and put into practice process enhancements pertaining to cost, productivity, yield, safety, quality, and compliance.
Implement changes to the change control system’s processes.
Identify possible compliance problems and possibilities for process modifications and ongoing improvement, then take appropriate action.
Prioritise and multitask tasks with conflicting deadlines.
To develop process improvements, collaborate with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams.
Verify the suggested improvements’ technical viability and conformity with regulations.
Act as the change process’ project manager and offer coordination to guarantee the prompt and lawful deployment of process enhancements.
Qualifications:
At least a high school diploma
A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is preferred.
