Responsibilities:
Develop creative assets and collateral for existing properties that can be distributed/presented amongst a variety of platforms and media types.
Design and produce posters, postcards, brochures, PDFs and online graphics.
Fulfill general design requests, art-working, supply of materials and day-to-day design needs to tight deadlines, working within the parameters of a fast-paced hospitality business.
Update menus according to seasonal needs and brand guidelines.
Help develop design concepts for one-off projects and create presentations.
Work with the design & development team on the design of wayfinding and signage.
Adhere to the Grandlife brand guidelines and design aesthetic.
Assist with photography or film art direction when needed.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with key people in the business.
Working together with the rest of the creative team to ensure collectively that the workload is managed, helping each other as and when needed.
Maintain a library of photography, fonts, logos, and creative files, and ensure compliance in use.
Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and execute all Email marketing campaigns from creative to deployment.
Manage customer facing copy in website CMS and other guest-facing channels.
Manage incoming creative requests with all hotel departments in coordination with the Marketing Director.
Contribute content ideas and develop marketing initiatives for Grandlife
Leverage and create relevant contacts in music, arts, fashion and design to develop strategic marketing partnerships to enhance the Grandlife Hotel brand.

4 year College Degree preferred.
Experience developing & implementing marketing strategies and managing budgets.
Ability to develop creative digital and print marketing concepts.
Must be personable, well spoken, organized, diplomatic, and sincere.
Willingness to emulate the brand through presentation and style.
Refined taste with an interest in music, fashion, art, dining & nightlife particularly pertaining to downtown New York.
Must be willing to take ownership of the role and follow all projects through to completion.
