Expect to stand the entire shift. A varying frequency of walking, crouching, kneeling, and operating a lift truck will be expected of the employee.

There may be sporadic lifting that calls for handling parts that weigh up to fifty pounds.

Occasionally, the worker must crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, or balance.

Close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the capacity to change focus are among the specific visual skills needed for this role.

The person will walk nonstop for the whole 12-hour shift, operate the HMI on a regular basis, and converse over the radio as part of their job obligations.

Responsibilities:

Recognize and adhere to production timelines.

Recognize quality forms, procedures, and QMS.

A basic understanding of B-grade packaging techniques and the Buamer inspection system.

Capacity to choose a recipe and use the packaging system, which includes leaflet inserters, cleaning brushes, and basic 5g operations.

A basic knowledge of the camera system and pad application.

The ability to set up a plastic forming and sealing system and choose a recipe.

Possibility of recipe selection and final pallet stacking/robot system setup.

Capacity to set up and run an outfeed transport system and pallet magazine.

The capacity to set up and run a strapper/wrapper system.

Basic video jet laser marking system setup and operation.

The capacity to alter product labels on pallets and cartons.

Help the operator when needed with paint systems.

Make sure you always abide by the plant’s safety program and the safety pre-operational checks.

When replacing propane tanks, make sure everything is handled and stored properly.

In charge of Using machinery safely in accordance with Job Hazardous Analysis or SOP guidelines

As allocated by the Flooring Department Manager or the Shift Lead, carry out additional tasks.

Qualification:

High school diploma/GED

Basic computer skills with ability to learn SAP, WinCC, and other site-specific software/programs.

Must meet minimum Work Keys scores as follows:

Applied Math 3

Graphic Literacy 3

Workplace Observation 2
