You will be in charge of ensuring the success of the US SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) Innovation Consulting business line as a Senior Innovation Consulting Manager. Responsibilities:
Work together with the CTO to design and execute growth-oriented strategic decisions;
Putting together, executing, and training new protocols and training for the whole business line;
Team management (employee selection, orientation, and training, regular meetings, appraisal of work, dissemination of strategic choices);
Management of the current client pipeline, which includes financed projects and bids that are being prepared;
