Responsibilities:

Keep an eye on the facility’s daily operations to make sure all infrastructure and systems are operating at peak efficiency.

Create and carry out maintenance plans for all building systems, such as the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.

Conduct routine facility inspections to find and fix any maintenance issues.

Oversee and plan maintenance and repair tasks to guarantee their efficient and timely execution.

Investigate and fix problems with the equipment and systems of the building.

Projects pertaining to facilities, such as additions, improvements, and renovations, should be planned and managed.

Create project schedules and budgets, and make sure that all work is finished on schedule and within the allotted funds.

Work together with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to make sure the project is executed successfully.
