Responsibilities:
ADVOCACY-DIRECT PATIENT SERVICE: Maintain patient advocacy caseload. Attend Post Promise IEP (and other IEPs/meetings as needed to obtain needed services. Escalate cases to CSE/DOE as necessary.
Tour Non-Public Schools or alternate school placements with parents. Secure complicated cases from supervisees.
FOLLOW-UP AND RECORD COLLECTION & ENTRY: Yearly data collection and follow-up record requests.
Complete ongoing follow-up record requests and data entry as needed.
ADMINISTRATIVE: Faculty, clinic, and hospital meetings; assist with quarterly and annual program updates; training volunteers; and collaborate with hospital clinics/staff.
CASE REVIEW: Weekly review of all new patient cases with clinicians and ECs.
Monitor cases referred to legal partners. Consult with individual clinicians on possible attorney referrals at or after each meeting.
Performs related duties & responsibilities as assigned/requested.

Master’s degree in psychology or education or related field.
