Construction Laborer For our Burgaw location, Fred Smith Company is presently hiring a Construction Laborer. Based in North Carolina, we are a heavy civil contractor that performs our own work. Experience-based pay will be offered, and after 90 days, all workers are qualified for benefits like paid time off and health, dentistry, and vision insurance.
