Responsibilities:
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events. Coordinate appointments and meetings and assist with travel arrangements when necessary.
Assisting/scheduling for Sharmeela Mediratta (Vice President for Health and Family Wellness and Chief Advocacy Officer), Kristen Ragusa (Vice President for Youth Success), and Jill Lefkowitz (Chief Performance Officer, Program Perf + Planning). Also, support the AVPs for project based and short-term assignments.
Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
Welcome the Executive’s guests by greeting them, in person or on the phone, answering or directing inquiries.
Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle.
Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
Coordinate with PPP department by making customer satisfaction calls (to foster parents and birth parents, maybe youth on occasion). Other things could be ad hoc chart.
Provide administrative support to the President & CEO in the absence of the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
Assist the CEO’s Executive Service Manager in maintaining files for the Office of the President including all Board of Directors and Board Committee related correspondence, minutes, and resolutions.
Complete adhoc projects as assigned – such as the Annual Founder’s/Staff Appreciation event; Immigration Update etc.
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Executive Leadership or the Manager of Executive Services.

Associate’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5 years of Administrative Experience with at least 2 years working directly for a senior level executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Social services or non-profit experience, a plus.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work and communicate with senior levels.
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work late, when required.
