Responsibilities:
Analyze historical sales performance and current trend to identify business opportunities within stores/ecommerce and product categories
Participate and provide open-to-buy forecast with Senior Planning Manager’s guidance
Participate at market to review orders, not limited to providing collection recaps during and post-market
Create annual sales budget and rolling forecasts, at the store and department level
Prepare and own long-term and short-term sales forecast by product and item level, partnering with Merchandise Managers for qualitative feedback
Partner with the Planner and Merchandise Manager to develop min and max levels, at the store/sku level and develop replenishment models.
Proactively review replenishment business at the weekly and monthly level to suggest transfers as needed
Allocate from central stock to support business trends and review outstanding deliveries to suggest cancellations if needed
Create and manage reporting from sales and stock performance, and delivery statuses
Monitor the progress of orders in process, shipments, and deliveries to ensure optimal inventory levels in stores

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years of analytical experience preferred.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, including if statements, v-lookups, macros, and pivot tables.
Must be comfortable handling and manipulating large data sets.
Strong strategic thinking and outstanding analytical/quantitative skills with ability to manage large amounts of data.
Ability to drive process improvements and develop systematic processes, get results and bring issues to closure, while applying a continuous improvement mindset to all workstreams
Entrepreneurial, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Comfortable and confident making allocation decisions and recommendations grounded in data
Team player attitude, willing to go above and beyond at all times.
Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
