Responsibilities:
Assume overall leadership for the program’s planning, development, and execution in accordance with the organization’s quality standards and donor agreements. Assure adherence to donor and organisational regulations, especially those pertaining to contract and financial management, budgetary oversight, and spending tracking.
Assume leadership roles within the consortium or programme, guaranteeing technical and managerial assistance with subcontract administration, work planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation, and donor reporting.
Make that the payment-by-results (PbR) obligations are met on schedule, as per the donor’s agreement.
Assist employees with line management in compliance with the policies and procedures of the organisation.
Keep open lines of communication and solid working relationships with the consortium members while negotiating task scopes, attending to necessary programme work adjustments, and resolving any potential problems?
