Responsibilities:
Assist in conceptualizing, planning, executing and attending all PUMA NYC Flagship Activations including when these events fall on nights, weekends or holidays
Communicate with cross-functional team members to collect relevant event info for planning and recapping events within KPI metrics
Keep Marketing Calendar and Activation decks up-to-date
Create Run of Show, Deliverables Checklist and Creative Briefs ensuring deadlines and tasks are met
Develop and manage a social media calendar for @PUMA_NYC; shoot and post-event content to @PUMA_NYC, obtaining approvals and posting within guidelines
Create PO’s, process invoices, track expenses & receipts
Manage the marketing closet and event deliveries in-store with an organized storage system
Meet and greet ambassadors in-store often at a moment’s notice. Take pics of them, post to @Puma_NYC, reconcile and reclass expenses
