Responsibilities:

Greetings customers, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner; directs or refers them to the relevant staff member, program, or resource at the designated program site.

When necessary, answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while giving basic information.

Evaluates the needs of every client and, if necessary, offers information and referrals.

As assigned, offer assistance to programs running in the program location.

Establish and oversee hard copy and digital filing systems for business partners operating out of the program site.

Plan meetings depending on the travel schedules of all business partners.

Prior to a crisis arising, recognize possible crisis scenarios, take appropriate action to defuse minor issues, and seek assistance as needed.
